This is not right or wrong, this is what i do!
Now if you got the best skills there is with Implants and rigs on your ship "cov ops" or a Strategic cruiser with the right Eletronic Sub system, you should get scan results from 1.60%, 0.80% 0.40% 0.20% and 0.10% which makes easy and fast to know what to scan for first.

Results
1.60% = Angel Base
0.80% = C5 WH - Random WH - 6/10 Angel - Mag/Rad sites easy - Angel Fortress
0.40% = C3 WH - Lowsec WH - Angel 7/10 - Angel Military Complex - Mag/Rad sites Med
0.20% = C1,C2 WH - Highsec WH - 8/10 Angel - Mag/Rad Med/hard - Angel Provincial HQ
0.10% = Angel 10/10 - Ladar site Elohim - Mag/Rad Hard - Angel Fleet Domination
in addition to these you can find ladar sites and grav sites at any of these sigs.
This makes it alot easier to determine what to go scan for first, i always leave 1.60% out as the Angel Base is a waste of time, it can give you a Domi spwn which is rarely followed by another rare
escalation , and even getting the escalation the last boss of that has a low chanse of dropping anything "waste of time" i dont do those.
0.80% i always scan its a MUST SCAN it can be a direct highsec lowsec wh it can be a Angel mineral Aquisition which escalates into a 6/10 then its all the easy Mag sites you can find where
some you dont even have to kill anything to open the boxes
0.40% I always hope to find that 7/10 so this i scan before i go for the 0.80%
0.20% Plssss let it be a highsec wh or 8/10
0.10% comon 10/10 !!!! :)
Now maybe this was not a advance guide but more of a pointer how fast you can scan that sig down you want so bad.
